Mock Pockets, cont...

I'm sorry this isn't a new idea...but I was so excited about how these turned out, that I had to grab my camera. Saundra, thanks for all the fun ideas. My kids (ages 2 and 5) absolutely loved these. I tried to make them a bit smaller, next time I will make them even smaller. I put deli ham and swiss cheese in them. There are so many ideas for this. How about pastrami with sauerkraut? Or roast beef with au jus dip? Yum!
