Today's impromptu lunch for the boys. We are trying to diminish our fridge and freezer supply now and this is what I came up with.
I know... it looks like road kill, and it's entrails are spilling out... but they said it was very good.
I took a small handful of dough from my bucket... flattened it out, layers some smoked turkey and low fat swiss all along the middle, and rolled it up.
Then baked it out back at 475 for 20 minutes.
Instant Hot Pocket, without all the preservatives! It was a snap to make!
I just need to make the side a little thicker next time so it doesn't look like it's bleedin'
all over the place!
Look Yummy! We're off to buy a Pizza Grill Stone.

Today, I made the Pumpernickel dough for the 1st time. It rising as i type.
