The book I use to make my breads

I haven't purchased one loaf, piece, baguette, roll, hot dog bun or hamburger bun in
8 MONTHS!
And it's all due to the book
ARTISAN BREAD IN 5 MINUTES A DAY
Do you realize how much money I have saved?
How wonderful it is knowing EXACTLY what is in the bread my family eats?
Having FRESH, tasty, wholesome, bread EVERY. SINGLE. DAY?
I have manipulated the recipes just a little by adding 3 tablespoons of FLAX SEED MEAL into
each and every batch I make.
It add 10 grams of fiber, loads of amino acids, and other natural nutrition to each loaf or
roll or breadstick I make.
I usually don't add the full tablespoon of salt either. I keep it to 1/2 tablespoon and it is
plenty salty for us.
Dive in and try this method!
I promise you won't be dissapointed.

  1. Such a great idea. I know i need to get on this bandwagon, I am just being lazy... I know it would save us so much money. We eat bread with many meals. My husband in all his Italian-ness loves a good crusty loaf with salami and fresh parma. We have that for lunch some days. I might have to make a few loaves to check it out!

    Some nights, we too, will have mozzarella cheese, tomatoe and bread sandwiches... with a big bunch of grapes and a good glass of wine...
