I have manipulated the recipes just a little by adding 3 tablespoons of FLAX SEED MEAL into
each and every batch I make.
It add 10 grams of fiber, loads of amino acids, and other natural nutrition to each loaf or
roll or breadstick I make.
I usually don't add the full tablespoon of salt either. I keep it to 1/2 tablespoon and it is
plenty salty for us.
Dive in and try this method!

Such a great idea. I know i need to get on this bandwagon, I am just being lazy... I know it would save us so much money. We eat bread with many meals. My husband in all his Italian-ness loves a good crusty loaf with salami and fresh parma. We have that for lunch some days. I might have to make a few loaves to check it out!
